Data We Collect

We collect only the data required to operate your account: identity details for verification, transaction records for UPI, Paytm and PhonePe settlements, and session logs for security. We do not collect or store biometric data beyond what identity verification requires.

Cookie Policy

We use functional and analytics cookies to keep your session active and understand how features are used. You can manage cookie preferences from your account settings at any time; restricting analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the platform.

Account Security Practices

Accounts are protected by two-factor authentication, session-timeout controls, and login-anomaly detection. If we detect an access pattern that does not match your usual behaviour, we will pause the session and notify you via your registered contact details.

Data Retention Periods

Transaction records are retained for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations, typically five to seven years. Account profile data is deleted within thirty days of a verified account closure request, unless a legal hold requires us to retain it longer.

Yes. Submit a data portability request via the help centre portal with your account ID and verified contact details. We compile and deliver your data export within fourteen days of identity verification. The export covers profile data, transaction history and session logs.

Use the data-deletion form in the help centre portal. After we verify your identity, deletion is completed within thirty days. Records subject to a legal retention obligation — such as transaction logs required under Indian financial regulations — are excluded from deletion until that obligation lapses.

Payment data from UPI, Paytm and PhonePe transactions is retained only as long as settlement, reconciliation and applicable regulatory obligations require. It is not shared with third parties beyond the payment processor and fraud-prevention systems directly involved in the transaction.

Raise a formal dispute via email to our legal team or through the help centre portal. We acknowledge disputes within one business day and provide a substantive response within seven. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, our terms set out the applicable escalation process.

Access depends on local law and is available where local law permits. It is your responsibility to confirm that accessing the platform is lawful in your specific state or territory before opening an account. Our terms do not override local legal restrictions.
